If you have been involved in a motor vehicle accident and are not at fault, and whether your vehicle is driveable or not, we are just a call away to assist in making the recovery process as easy as possible, through being there from the point of impact all the way through to the delivery of the vehicle, after repairs.
Vehicle Assessment
Once the at-fault party’s insurer approves the claim, an independent assessor will be asked to assess the damage(s) to your vehicle. During this time, FTR can recommend from our extensive list of carefully curated and trusted repairers to assist with your repairs. Otherwise you can obtain a repairer of your choice. Following assessment, repairs to your vehicle are undertaken immediately.
Car Hire
If you wish to use our Third-Party Recovery services, FTR will supply you with a replacement vehicle free of charge. At your convenience, we can arrange to have the replacement vehicle delivered to your home, repairer or work.
Repairs Completed
Our list of our partner repairers are exceptional tradesmen who are dedicated in providing a premium service. Their testimony is to provide quality panel beating, painting, and repair services to ensure that your vehicle is returned to you in its original condition.
Authorisation
Once we have obtained our independent assessment and the vehicle is not deemed to be written off, authorisation of repairs will be given immediately.
