Nonetheless if you are not at fault and the other party is insured, we are here to provide you with immediate assistance by having your vehicle assessed and repaired by either a repairer of your choice or one of our highly qualified repairers that fully guarantee their work.
Our service is to provide peace of mind, where we will have your vehicle quoted, assessed and ultimately repaired at no cost to you. If a loan vehicle is required we will have one delivered to your place of residence, work or repairer and again at no cost to you.
Don’t be fooled, large insurance companies have fixed-cost repair contracts with their preferred or recommended repairer, which may ultimately put your vehicle at risk of being cheaply repaired, in order to make the job profitable for the repairer.

CONTACT US
Provide 24/7 service for immediate assistance. Additionally, our help line will assist you at the scene of the accident and provide step by step instructions on what you need to provide and obtain from the at fault driver. (Part of our instruction is to take as many photos as you can. Equally important is to obtain contact details of any witnesses that can collaborate your version of events.
DROP OFF
If your vehicle is driveable, we will arrange a time for the vehicle to be inspected. If your vehicle is not driveable, but you have already driven it more than 2 kms from the accident scene, we will send one of our tow trucks to pick it up and deliver it to one of our recommended repairers. If the vehicle is at the accident scene, we will arrange an accident allocated tow truck to pick your vehicle and take it to a repairer of your choice or one of our allocated repairers. All tow truck costs will be covered by First Title Recoveries.
REPLACEMENT VEHICLE
While your car is off the road we will put you in a replacement car as soon possible, at no cost to you. Whether there are delays due to parts availability or delays caused by heavy work load, the replacement vehicle stays with you until your car is completed at no extra charge.
QUOTE & IMAGES
The repairers will thoroughly inspect the vehicle for damage. Once they have inspected the vehicle, they prepare a detailed estimate and submit it to one of our independent assessors who will carry out a full assessment on the work to be carried out for insurance approval.
ASSESSMENT & AUTHORISATION
Once the vehicle is assessed, the work is authorised by First Title Recoveries, providing the at faults claim is in order. Once we confirm that the at fault insurer has accept liability, repairs will begin on your vehicle. We will keep you updated every step of the way.
DELIVERY TO THE CUSTOMER
Our commitment to our customers doesn't end after the vehicle is repaired. All queries or concerns will be dealt with professionally and promptly. Our preferred repairers provide a lifetime guarantee on all repairs. We will give you a courtesy phone call a few days after collection to ensure that you are happy with the repairs.
